Post Bank

in 2018 i submitted a ***** case to post bank R10 000 was ****** from my account, up until today i havent received any feedback from post bank and when ever i go in to the post office they say they still busy with the case, how can this be possible, i'm utterly disappointed in the service i'm receiving from you, if my issue is not resolved ASAP, i will be forced to take legal action.
