POSA IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY QUERIES

I WAS SENT A PARCEL FROM USA tracking number II***za . When i tracked it t shows its already in south africa i tried to call call centre and no one is picking up .i went to the post office and i was told to wait .ts been ages and and ages and the doornfontein customer service is not welcomuing.
