Pos Office is ***

I had the worse experience at post office at queensmead mall,I came in at 12:45 9/11/19 and I wanted to certify my documents she said she camp cause she has a fracture on her arm which she was not wearing any bandage nor pop and shes the only one working at the moment she can only stamp two pages! Why would someone working with hands come to work and when I m expecting a service to be rendered to me she tells me she cant do it,be allowed to work especially alone if that was the case?
