Port Elizabeth North End Post office
We went to Port Elizabeth North End Post Office for car change of ownership on the 2 June 2021. We were told to wait in the corner out side the Office. Hour passed we were waiting. As we were sitting there, other people we allowed to enter. After an hour and a half, a lady came out. My husband went to complain to her. She said give me your details then check me in 30 Min.
Serious after that she phoned and said everything sorted, already paid for yourself and you must add my fee of R150.
That came as shock, a fee? Mind you there is a male that has been there since we arrived with a pile of documents, the male that passed us was inside also.
There is a written paper saying only ten inside. In that 2hrs we were there no one came out.
Apparently post office members receive bribes from car dealers, and this laid and other male work as agents.
Is post office aware of this? Where are your cameras inside the store. That was totally unfair to us, we stick by what was written on the wall but we saw something else.
