Poorer of the poorest service

<p>Ever since i have been expecting a mail coming from Netherlands post, it has been sitti ng with customs since the 19 of April 2017 how long does an item stay in customs the reference numbers are RP ********** 35NL and RP ********** 95NL this were items i bought as gifts for a birthday which already has passed, the call centre number of ********** is also not working never goes through, the experince is frustrating or should i just go and pick up my items at customs, thank you.</p>
