POOR UNPROFESSIONAL TERRIBLE Mokgadi Kgatla service

1st Dec 2022 I went to Elgin Post office for motor vehicle renewal as in every year. This day was just the bad day with all SAASA clients only one counter was opened, and the que was terrible. There was a gentleman who kept checking for clients in the que and controlling it also issuing necessary forms to complete. He was very professional and explained why their service were slower as in other days very friendly with senior citizen. There was one lady in counter 4 Mokgadi Kgatla she was rude and very unprofessional and the worst thing she did was when another man came peep through the glass and signaled for her. This man asked me where forms are and pretend to stand in the que and as we near the door he skip all people and went to this Mokgadi Kgatla and while there was a client to attend and stood in between this lady who was with her daughter and started chat with Mokgadi as friends asking about their personal relations and telling the lady her 82year mom was great and they laughed while the client to be attended stood aside. She gave him another form to complete chatting with Mokgadi and I then said to him but sir you never stood in the que, and he said oh well he knew people. In front of me was an elderly man who also confronted him and said he was there 2hrs and his leg pained so much the gentleman working in the post office gave him a chair. This was a clear demonstration of disrespect and poor customer care and because people started grumbling, she became rude of us. There was a white lady who came in the branch manager door I then asked for the manager, but Mokgadi was rude after wards, and She started counting money and chat with a colleague whilst it was a turn to process my renewal application it took 10min while I stood to be assisted by this rude woman Mokgadi. She was loud and very unprofessional She gave me a form to send me away and I told her I stood there to complete it the same way she did with his male friend. I stood for almost 2 hours in this post office for the poor and terrible service. Customer service is not practiced and as for Mokgadi was the worst I ever encounter since using this branch a year now. People were furious at this woman saying only her servicing us disrespecting our elderly so bad. One Rude personnel is not a good idea on peak times especially with such incompetency I told the white lady who gave the branch manager I took video of what transpired on this worst terrible poor service we are subjected to simply because they had SAASA clients.
