Poor to no service by the South African Post Office

I sent a parcel to Christchurch, New Zealand on the 23rd February from Fourways, Jhb . As of today the parcel which was registered and has a tracking number has still not been delivered. I am unable to contact the international parcel office by phone as there is always high volume of calls and cuts out, the emails I have sent also do not get answered and their website does not load. It seems like no one is interested in doing the jobs they are paid to do!!!
