Poor servive

Exactly what time does the JIMC office at Jet Park close???? I was there 3 days in a row. On the website it says they close at 16:30, got there at 16:10, security guard at gate wouldn't let me in, said they were closing by 16:00. Second day, (day before Good Friday on the 3rd of April 2015) I got there at 14:00, the security gaurds told me they closed by 12:00pm, half day because of the holiday. Went back today, was there at 15:50, security guards told me I can't go in, it's late, it's already almost 16:00pm. What exactly is happening???
