POOR SERVICES

The Tramshed Post office they have locked my post box i can get my letters. there is an emergency card that i must get but still my box is locked. they told me that the people who are responsible for box only come on Wednesday, i lodge the complain two times but still is not sorted. And i have paid for the post box.
