Poor Service would be a compliment.

I was going to complain about the fact that I have been listening to the call service telling me for almost 2 hrs to be patient because my call is important to them however reading other reviews here I believe they have no intention of answering my call. I also notice they do not seem to show any interest in any of the reviews.
