Poor Service what a disgrace

I have been trying to get in touch with the post office regarding a query I have regarding a parcel I am supposed to receive. I tried calling their contact centre and was holding for more than 30 minutes with no answer. I have even sent them an email but to date nothing from them, not even a notification advising they have received my mail. I tried calling them again today but I gave up after holding more than 15 minutes, Pathetic!!!
