Poor service - Waterfall Mall Post Office - Mary Katane

If I could rate waterfall mall post office in the negatives I would. I'm beyond appalled by the service I got from one consultant (Mary Katane). She is very *********** and would not help me out in finding out where my parcel is at. She even went to the extent of refusing to just check with her arrivals if she didn't mistakenly receive my package. I have been waiting for my parcel for the last 2 weeks and it seems like it has vanished into thing air. Mary at Waterfall Mall post office even went to the extent of telling me that they are too busy to be checking people's parcels and that I should call on another day. She had no remorse or empathy in understanding my frustration. Mary was just dismissive and didn’t want to help me. She ended up telling me that they are busy with licence disks with the notion that my package is not important. She is so impatient, she doesn't know anything about customer service.
