Poor service received from SA Post Office,

On Febriuary 18, 2020, I forwarded a complaint to *** and *** regarding undermentioned complaint (***) as all previous attempts to solve the matter with Parkview Post Office have failed. See undermentioned complaint. Up to date STILL NO RESPONSE and also not even acknowledgement from the SA Post Office regarding my complaint. "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: On December 24, 2019 I posted a parcel to be collected at the Parkview Post Office. This parcel was traced and found that it arrived at Parkview Post Office on December 27, 2019. (See Attachment) Up to date the addressee was in no way contacted to collect the parcel and the attitude of the Post Office staff is that he must wait until they send him a notice to collect the item. This never happened and after almost 2 months now there are still NO RESPONSE from Parkview Post Office. . Waterval Boven Post Office followed it up with Parkview by forwarding a E-mail in this regard - They did not even have the decency to respond to that request. This is absolute unacceptable poor service and I request the Post Office to immediately respond to this utterly useless customer service and to take reasonable steps against the useless staff for not doing their job. No wonder no one is eager to do business with SA Post Office because of the useless service they receive and they will rather make use of private courier services. As I've said - Two months and still not received by the Addressee - where do this "SPEED SERVICES" come in ?
