Poor service received from Bizana Post Office

I am complaining against Bizana Post office on Tuesday 2021-06-29 I went to the Post office to collect my parcel . I was told to join the long queue of R350 grant . After two hours I went back to the teller and asked her to help me she referred me to the next tell whom she was also very rude and told me he was helping another client . I stand aside feeling like a stupid person no post office employer who was giving a dam about me. I went back to the same teller and asked her if I could wait for them to finish with all the R350 grant people before I will get help . That was when she started helping me she was not wearing a name tag she refused to give me her name she was with B. Noguda . That was so very unfair queueing a long queue for only to collect a parcel I don't recommend Bizana Post office to anybody
