Poor service of post offices

I've been traveling from one post office to another being told try another post office as there system been offline ever since the 31st of December. How are they serving the community as we need to send love once funds and is unable to do so without a money order. Ppl are starving due to not being able to reach funds as our post offices systems is everyday offline.
