Poor Service, No Delivery

If I could put down a review of 0 stars I would.

I have ordered a product from Spain. This has been delivered to South Africa quite fast, I have to now wait for the post office of my country to deliver the parcel to me. I called the Post Office and have been told that people order items from overseas all the time and when it comes to South Africa, it must still be processed here, so goodness only knows when I will receive this.
