Poor Service in respect of international parcels
I have been waiting for a parcel from the UK - Tracking number RI***ZA. It has arrived in the country and has been sitting with customs since 21st Feb 2015. Can someone please tell me what the hold up is. There is absolutely no way to find this out as the telephones are not being answered.<br> Can someone please come back to me and tell me when this parcel will be delivered???
