Poor service in Post office MTHATHA

Poor service ever ... it’s more than 20days I have been waiting for my parcel till today I never got them. Am suppose to receive my parcel in mthatha post office. One of the teller said she will never bother herself for my parcel to look for it. TheY can’t trace my parcel . I have never seen such disrespectful mother.
