Poor service, I need my package urgently

I have a package that was delivered from the UK that I urgently need. It took 4 days for the package to arrive from the UK, how is it possible that it takes longer for me to get a package locally. There isn't a working phone number available to follow up on this. This is poor service. I would even go pick it up myself if they could just tell me where to go get it.
