Poor Service from the South African Post office

We have been using the online service to renew our Vehicle License in Feb 2022 already, what poor service please do not use this service from them because they only have issues - and we still do not have the License disk - and not just that they Debited our account twice with the same amount on the same day so i had to fix that error by phoning the bank. if you log a query on the website they just do not come back to you. if you try to phone them they keep you on the line forever, i am currently trying to phone them and are already on the line waiting for 20 min.
