Poor service from the marshalltown post office

<div>I am at the post office right now I been here from 6am till now there service is poor very poor they attended to less than 20 people so far they are not working but going on lunch breaks old people are outside not attended to get there sassa cards renewed their services are poor and no one is coming out to tell us anything they quiet and not doing anything hellopeter please help</div>
