Poor Service from SA Post Office

International Parcel NLR190218M6Y000429 has reference. http://www.ec-firstclass.org/Details.aspx indicates that the parcel has arrived in JHB Hub on 2019-03-23 at 21:28:00. You don't get hold of the track and trace nor JHB Hub post office, due to high call volumes. I have send emails to ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** The only reply I got was: Good day We cannot trace the tracking number provided, kindly check with your local PO frequently . Kind regards Samantha Fourie Customer Service Agent. International Mail I phoned Wierda Park PO and they say that they can't help if I don't have the local tracking number. Last year I lost various parcels that stopped at JHB Hub and never came to my Post Office. I buy many watches because I am collector and some times other items. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
