Poor Service from Post Office Cashier - Nomusa Lekoa[sp]

Utterly disgusted by the service I received from Nomusa Lekoa[sp] at the SA Post Office in the Durban CBD West Street.

I stood for more than 1 hour there and when I reached the cashier, she didn't want to assist me because of a small opening in the envelope, very small that 98% of the envelope is sealed, 10% is not sealed because that seal area dried up.

She refused when I asked for her supervisor and arrogantly told me I could report her to Hellen, who apparently is the supervisor. People on the same line were complaining about her stinking attitude and very poor service.

Please kindly rectify this immediately with regard to a disciplinary meeting or I will institute legal proceedings for the losses I will incur because of her terrible service bringing our post office into disrepute.
