poor service

I posted car documents on the post office on the 30.03.2023 to Miway insurance. documents still not delivered I paid R70 for it to be delivered. everytime if I go there for follow up they always telling me that the documents are sitting at Jet Park and they cant get hold of them. I was given a number to contact for follow up but they also telling me the same thing. I'm not sure what to do anymore as I'm not getting help and Miway cant proceed with the claim without these documents.
