Poor service delivery Post Office George

I took a friend to the post office because he has problems with his sassa payment via his sassa card. It seems as if money dissapeared from his account, so he need a statement to show where the money dissapeared to. Numerous attempts over a numerous days brought no clarity due to excuses from the staff of the post office. When I went with him to try and get a statement I was told that they were offline, but it is possible to view everything concerning the account on their monitor. If they are then offline how could it be possible to view the information on the monitor? Would I be stupid to say that they are then infact online, but not willing and, or able to print what is visible on the screen? This man is in a predicament because he has no money to pay his rent, and therefore need the statement to satisfy the landlord, and also to make a ******** of ***** if there was tampered with his account. It is also his right to get a statement of his account, and since the post office is officially the contractor for such services, they should comply with his request.
