Poor service delivery, not worthy of being a SOE

1. Magazine for October was not delivered, even after a second copy has been mailed. 2. Parcels from overseas shipped on 22 and 31 August respectively, Lynnwoodridge Branch says they are in Johannesburg. SAPO does not respond to e-mails and also does not answer the phone, regardless how long one lets it ring.
