Poor Service delivery
I WENT TO A POST OFFICE TO POST MY PARCEL AND I ASKED FOR \SPEED SERVICES COURIERS""; STATING THAT THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE MAIL AND IT WAS URGENT;I HAD TO CALL \""POST OFFICE CUSTOMER CARELINE\"" TO REPORT THE MATTER AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT THE DRIVER COULDN'T FIND THE DESIGNATED ADRESS OF THAT PARCEL AND THAT IS WHY IT WAS DELIVERED 4DAYS LATER...I AM SO DISAPPOINED!"""
