Poor Service deliveray in Suburb Areas around Quee

From the start of the year we do not receive mail. The suburbs surrounding Queenstown are the only place that is not receiving mail. The rural urban frindge is the only place receiving mail like Ezibeleni and the Township. Last week Friday we came and ask for it ourselves but they refused and said they will check for us we must come later that day. When we came later the day there were excuses. We decided to come this morning and they still have excuses. I have application forms stuck in there and I really don't know what to do now.
