Poor service

I am very upset at the lack of service I received today from the post office in promenade Mitchell's plain.i ordered something on ebay in June and it arrived at dhl e-commerce on 3 August 2021.i contacted DHL early this morning to hear when they will be delivering my parcel they informed me that I should check with the postal services.just before 12pm today I received a slip in my post box to collect parcel at promenade post office.i immediately went to collect I arrived at post office at 12.20pm I was helped at teller 1.i gave the lady my slip she went to the back to collect parcel she requested my I.d. which I handed to her.she looked at the I.d and asked me who is nuraan davids on the slip? i told her I'm nuraan davids it's my ****en surname and my I.d. is nuraan thomas my married surname she immediately told me she cannot help I asked her why not?she said because I must provide her with something that has nuraan davids on it I told her I don't have anything because my I.d. was changed Long ago I checked on my fone while I was at the counter and found my matric certificate on my fone that had nuraan davids on it with my I.d. number on it she said she still cannot help me because she needs a hard copy I asked if I can't email it to her then she can plz print it seing she needs it she said no their printer not working.at this point I started to get very frustrated because it was like she jus didn't want to help.i don't understand why it was a problem now with my I.d as I collected parcels at this post office before with my nuraan thomas I.d.i explained to her the account I purchased from on ebay is still on nuraan davids only thats why slip says nuraan davids but my I.d number is still the same but it didn't help.as I was about to leave the post office then I turned around and went back to her and said I want to speak the branch manager she said no problem very sarcastically so she went to the back to call the supposedly branch manager but I heard another lady talking to her.from the back came a guy and he asked what's wrong? I was so upset because now I had to explain myself again my husband showed him my I.d. nuraan thomas and the slip that showed nuraan davids he said that they need something with nuraan davids else they can't give me my parcel ,I checked further on my fone and found my marriage certificate and showed him he asked whose nuraan davids and I told him it's my ****en surname but I'm nuraan thomas on my I.d ,then he said I should go print the marriage certificate I asked him again can't I jus email it to him so he also said their printer not working I can jus go to print by the internet Cafe. ItS so convenient to tell a customer jus go print by the internet Cafe whose to say that I had extra money on me like so many others that jus bring the amount for parcel now I had to print and come back,he said I should come back to him but on our way from internet Cafe we passed him in the mall and he jus passed the buck and said the teller will assist us so we had to stand in que once again.then he had audacity to tell me his trying to meet us half way,half way is when you go the extra mile to assist your customers not try to get them quiet quickly to get them out of post office.when I came back i was assisted by same teller her name on receipt is nomfuneko Peter.There is a big board in post office with services they render but their copying/printing services dont work since last year.
