Poor Service

I'm very disappointed with how my parcel is being handled. SAPO doesn't respond to emails, I've tried so many times to call them but I spent hours on the call with no help. My parcel has been stucked there for quite some time now. All I need is my parcel and if there are fees to be paid, then post office should communicate such. Those pair of shoes were meant for an even that was scheduled on the 20th of this month, and that has passed but still no shoes.
