Poor service

Today I went to the post office Alexandra branch it's situated at 8 rostveld next to the clinic.I went there to apply for a new SASSA card.What I noticed that lady was laughing with other people in front of me (who were speaking SiPedi),my chance came greeted her with isiZulu then started giving me attitude. Then she told me that I should go back to the police station to rewrite another affidavit cos I forged the signature,while her colleagues told her that the handwritings were not the same.Went back then when I got back to the post office around 16:10 she told me that she has already knocked off mind you the post office closes at 16:30. After that whole process had to go back home unassisted. Their services is really poor and won't improve if they hire people like that lady.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
