poor service by staff

<p>I was given two fastest options of sending documents by a staff from moutse mall post office,either by 'counter to counterr' or 'counter to door'. I chose 'courier to door' but my parcel took more than 7 days to reach destination.Even worse it was delivered to the post office not the address i wanted to and i discovered this thru the tracking app.i called the post office which received my parcel and they told me that they dont do door deliveries.i went to the post office where i sent my parcel to ask why i was not told that 'counter to door' its available to specific branches.the lady who assisted me shifted the blame on me saying i should have known. I mean she gave me options without any condition and i chose and paid for what i thought is best</p>
