POOR SERVICE BY SAPO

On 06 May 2021 at 08H22 I handed in a parcel at Wonderboom Poort post office to be sent to Canada. I requested this parcel to be sent via Air mail.

1, No AIRMAIL labels were available - the lady just wrote *AIR* on the parcel. 2. I was given a tracking reference and tracking contact. 3. Upon trying to track the parcel on 16 May 2021 - the only detail I got was "Accepted at Wonderboom Poort post office on 06 May at 08H22" 4. I was informed by the post office attendant that the parcel will take about 14 days for delivery.

I would like to know 1. where exactly the parcel is now 2. how much longer it will take for delivery
