POOR SERVICE BY POST OFFICE SOUTH AFRICA

I would like to share my experience with the SA Post Office, I posted my parcels from Matieland Stellenbosch on the 1 December 2021 to Soweto Post office till today I haven't received the parcels. When I track online they are using a 17track my status says in transit since the 1st December 2021 15:15 nothing after that. I have imporant things in the parcel imagine spending then parcels are nowhwere, I have called their headoffice and sent emails no response.
