Poor service

The Post Office stole my parcel which was send to me from America during November 2017. I reported the missing parcel during January 2018 and ever since I received NO service. The Customer Service Center requested documentation from me which I have submitted numerous times to them and still I am treated like *******. They stole my parcel and now they treaty me like ****.
