Poor service at the post office

I had to send certain documents which required a postal order and the documents had to be sent via certified mail. I encounter a very unprofessional and unhelpful as well as *********** cashier. When approaching the counter the cashier person being respinsibkw in my complaint had spoken to me in such a abrupt manner which I found totally unacceptable where is the good service and professionism shown to a customer as the cashier works in an environment that involves good customer service as well as decent COMMUNICATION skills which is clearly poorly delivered and shown by the cashiet! After having gone to the strand post office for the same service I required today their service was excellent compared to the degrading service that I had received at the Somerset West post office!
