Poor service at post office

They send me a parcel using speed service courier on the 1st of August at Joubert Post office , I went to my nearest post office which is Letaba and Nko****owa Branch to check if the didn't receive my parcel the only tell me to come the following day. Since Thursday I've been checking the parcel no where to be find until the sender of the parcel went to phalaborwa branch to check if the parcel has reach they told her to is in Letsitele Branch when the look at thier system, I went there I gave them my track number they told me that the didn't receive the parcel up to now and I try to explain to them since she send Wednesday last week until today Tuesday the parcel is no where to be find to my nearest post office but I couldn't get the help I want. I try to call the customer helpline it took my 200 airtime it keep on say wait no answer even now I couldn't get help.
