Poor service at New Germany Post office

Utterly poor service i received from a gentleman at counter 4 at the post office in New Germany, now at 11am. I came to certify copies with my mother and he tells me that my mother and i shouldn't have come together but waited in the queue separately because he is alone and needs to serve other customers. Last time i checked i was also a customer, this is what you call poor customer service!!!! Then he made wait while he served another customer before he was done with us and we waited patiently but when the customer was done he wanted to serve another one before us but i intervened. What a rude employee!!! Is this what the Post office teaches its employees?!
