Poor service at Carltonville post office

I'm Luthando Mbokoto app**** in November 2020 for a covied19 relief grant for unemployed South Africans .I did not receive anything until last week my niece checked for me on the website I was approved went to the Carltonville post office on the 11/01/2021 and they said I must come back the next day imagine I'm walking 10,94km to town an back another 10,94km and I did it anyway because I need the money when I arrived the next day 12/01/2021 they said the system is saying unknown person. Today I went to Sassa to check what's happening they gave me a print out showing I'm approved for November and December 2020 and January 2021 it's still pending and when I went back to Carltonville post office with the print out from sassa they say they also see it's approved but I must keep on coming and check because the money they haven't received it yet from sassa. When I ask for a specific date to come they say no I must not be tired I must keep on coming to check until month end of January 2021 because they also don't know when the money is going to be available. I'm old I'm tired I don't know what to do anymore I just need assistance I'm walking back an forth by foot so many kilometers for nothing. I feel the service is so poor from the fact that I must go to sassa for them to see I'm approved and at sassa the person who was helping me said I must tell them to their job properly. I'm in town hungry and tired I don't even have the money to go back home and the other day it started raining whilst on my way back home. Your assistance will be much appreciated.
