Poor service at Alberton post office

On the 28th July I went to the Albrton post office next to Alberton city . I wanted to renew my disc . When I got there there was no electricity and when I asked for the paper to fill in with the aim of coming back later , the gentleman at the door told me to wait for the tellers they will give the form when the electricity is back .

Two hours late the very same gentleman had the forms and he was dishing them out to the people and when I asked for the form he refused because I did not have my ID with me .

I asked for the form so that I can go home fill it in and come back with the copy of my ID he refused point blank . I then said to him this is nonsense and he said why am I swearing g at him .

I apologized and ask for the form and he refused I then asked for the Supervisor and he told me the supervisor is busy . I then left .

I searched for the post office contact numbers unfortunately the number does no longer exist .

I called the customer service and there was no answer .
