Poor service and no response from Head Office Service Department, Pretoria

<p>Britannia Bay and St Helena Bay are expanding but the post office lacks any foresight. There are NO street deliveries and NO post boxes available in Britannia Bay, St Helena Bay and Vredenburg in the Western Cape. Thus all new comers have no postal address. Vredenburg post office advise locks were ordered in January 2016 - how long does delivery take! Yesterday St Helena Bay post office had no stamps for mailing items!! Any wonder the post office is losing customers and couriers, e-mail etc. are the order of the day. Out of 3 e-mails sent to the service department of the post office head office in Pretoria not one was responded to! Postnet please open an office in one of the above towns for the many of us, and I repeat many who have no postal addresses whatsoever. Try arranging something through a government department with no postal address and see how quick you are rejected in your application! </p>
