Poor Service and no delivery

My parcel RM***CN has been received by the JHB Int Mail Centre on 09 Aug 15 and it still remains there. I phoned them on a daily basis to follow up and to obtain local tracking number. The automated system tells you to hold due to high volumes of calls and after 5min it disconnects your call and you have to start all over again. During Jun 15 I was waiting for a parcel from China, the 26 Jun it was at Wierda Park post office for which I did not received a notice. When I enquired about it on 24 Jul 15 they informed me that the parcel was RTS, while I never received a notice in the mail to collect the parcel. SAPO is in poor state and should just close down.
