Poor service and branch manager never on his job

Morning <br> <br> I am sick and tired of the head post office service in potchefstroom because we order a parcel over the internet and when we start to ask way we never receive any notification of the parcel that have been arrived the tell me that they send it out but how is it possible that we receive all the other notification from the post office in the Bult area?<br> <br> I want them to pay my money back because they have lost my package and now the branch manager is never on his job when we go to speak to him. is it because he take the parcel because we have never receive the notification or they have to pay for the return of the parcel if they have send it back. <br> <br> Why can they not pick up a vlippen telephone and contact the person before they make any decisions of what to do if they person do not come and pick it up with in the time period. This is the first time i ever receive such a **** service from any post office.
