Poor Service

The Phoenix post office are ridiculous. People are queuing the night before just so that they get paid their social relief grant ( R350) early only to be sent away. We're going through a pandemic and people are struggling to meet ends meet yet they display poor services. This is happening consecutively and it's becoming costly to travel constantly.
