POOR SERVICE

Since the new law that SA Post office are handling all 1kg parcels ive been waiting for more than 4 months now to get one parcel. You guys are *********** by providing a service to the public.. Rather fire all your staff and close down all Post offices in SA.. There are other courier service companies in SA that are more capable doing the work and get the parcels delivered where ever it needs to be delivered.
