Poor service
Good day.<br> <br> To day I went to the post office in Queensmead mall after driving from Southway mall and being told there is no stock of the paid envelopes. The lady at the counter had an elderly lady and another gentleman in the from, I noticed that she was rude to this lady when it was my turn another guy came in and she claimed that he was there previously. I waited and when it was my turn again the lady was still rude and I addressed it and the response which was very aggressive from this guy was very bad and she became worse when she noticed and I had to ask her does she know the guy and she claimed that he was a customer until. He than swore at me and she called me y name which showed that she knew the guy. I ended up leaving scared because the guys looked like an aggressive person. if I do not get a response from you in 48 I will open a case.
