POOR SERVICE

It is with a heavy heart that I’m writing this email. My husband Andile Manqele sent a package to me from Cape Town to Durban on the 27th March 2019 today it’s the 25th November 2019 and I have not received the parcel. Please bear in mind that this was our anniversary gift from my husband, sadly 2 months later I am without the gift. My husband has been given a run around from 15 April till date no one has contacted him and given feedback. I find this very appalling. The poor service you have provided my husband with, its shocking. We have spoken to Carmen Nicholson,Clifford Magagula ,Celia Mdlankomo ,Susan Naidoo and Yolanda Janse vana Rensurgn, WHO ARE USELESS AND INEFFICIENT

I kindly request that you priorities the matter and track the parcel and get it the specified address as soon as possible We have given you guys more than enough time to sort this out and you have failed in providing the service. You messed up, get your act together and sort this mess out!!!
