Poor service

I posted my parcel on the 14 January till now the status says INTRASIT.

When liaising with the post office they advised that the necessary party will receive the parcel in 5 days, to date it has been a full month with an extra 2 days.

I've been sending emails to their customer services department and the only response I get from them is the status of my parcel no apology, no explanation as to why it is taking so long

I feel that the service provided is very poor, The party is awaiting the package as it is urgent.
