Poor service

I really have it up to my neck... I can't running around for my parcel that's been a Witspos Hub since the 4th of February 2020 and I've sent emails to people pretending to assist me at Southgate post office and they've let me note down my tracking number and cellphone number so they could call me once my parcel is with them but no one cares to reach out and state the progress but clearly they throw away the note the minute one leaves... I'm certain I'll have to wait 5 years till I get my parcel since now we headed to 2 years... SA post office your treatment towards South Africans is really disappointing, seeing how y'all treat people who can't afford courier services
