Poor service.

Pathetic service. Only one teller is open. The other tellers sit on their phones and stare and you. The teller was very rude and asked me how I knew my package was there. When I told her I downloaded the app and tracked it, she asked me what day it was. Took about 5 minutes to find my package. Let me not even get started about my package that got "lost"( probably ******). Must be a #win to sit on your phone the whole day and still get a salary at the end of the month.
